MASK is dedicated to revolutionising education by infusing creativity into mainstream learning.

As part of this mission, we envision schools housed in architectural marvels that inspire creativity among students. Can you conceptualize an innovative design for The School of the Future?

We initiated this challenge in 2023 and were astounded by the imaginative ideas featuring structures crafted from repurposed shipping containers. Now, it's your turn to captivate the judges with your visionary concepts. Feel free to unleash your creativity using any materials at your disposal.

Our ideal School of the Future boasts essential spaces, including:

• A dynamic area accommodating 200-300 people for exhibitions and seminars.
• Two dedicated training studios: an art studio and an innovation hub.
• Four residency spaces, each equipped with living quarters and an art studio.
• An inviting outdoor space conducive to meetings and networking.
• A garage serving as a home base for school outreach initiatives, such as 'artmobiles'.

Your designs are encouraged to feature our logo and brand colors, as showcased on our website.

Our Judges will award the esteemed title of Architect of the Year 2024 to the winner.
