• Participation is free. You can submit any number of entries.

• You agree to subscribe to our social media channels to stay informed about any changes and events regarding MASK Awards, including updates about winners and prize-giving events.

Your Entry:

• Your entries must be your original work and must not infringe upon someone else’s intellectual property rights.

• You submit entries voluntarily and non-confidentially.
  

• You grant MASK Create the legal rights to use and share your entries for purposes such as advertising, promotion, exhibitions, reporting, education, and reproduction on any platforms, including Google and media platforms, without the obligation of copyright ownership acknowledgment, payment, or notification to you or any third party. We always strive to acknowledge your copyright ownership of your entries where possible.

• MASK Create reserves the right to edit and alter entries.  We can also delete entries that may be considered illegal, offensive, or inappropriate by MASK Create or other users to maintain the integrity of the platform.

• You release MASK Create from any claims, damages, liabilities, and demands regarding your entries.

• You agree to be contacted by us in the future in compliance with data protection laws.
